Samantha Morton, an accomplished two time Academy award winner brings a cinematic approach to directing in her very first music video, The Last Goodbye by the Kills from their Blood Pressures LP. As the trailer above indicates, the video is in celebration of the Alison Mosshart and Jamie Hince music partnership which has lasted 10 years. The clip brings a simple vintage look showing the 2 posing inside a photobooth. Forgoing digital camera, a 35mm was used to give the video a classic film aesthetic.
